On His Shoulders is a civic organization committed to strengthening communities through leadership grounded in conviction, service, and accountability.
We serve neighbors, families, and local leaders who believe that public trust is earned through consistent, transparent action — and that strong communities are built one responsible decision at a time. By encouraging informed participation, principled leadership, and meaningful civic engagement, we seek to help individuals become active partners in shaping the future of the places they call home.
Our work is rooted in the belief that leadership is not simply about holding a position; it is about carrying responsibility. It means listening carefully, acting with integrity, standing firm on important principles, and remaining accountable to the people and communities we serve.

Our Mission
On His Shoulders is a Christ-centered independent expenditure committee established to identify, carefully evaluate, elevate, and independently support vetted candidates and or initiatives using the following guidelines: proven character and leadership skills, and public-policy priorities that demonstrate integrity, courage, accountability, biblical wisdom, and alignment with the principles of the Word of God.
We support principled leaders who protect the dignity of human life, defend children and families, honor parental rights, uphold constitutional freedoms, promote responsible government, steward public resources wisely, strengthen safe communities, and serve the people with humility and conviction.
Grounded in the truth that all authority ultimately belongs to God, On His Shoulders exists to encourage righteous leadership, inform voters, and advance public policies that promote human flourishing, justice, freedom, and the common good.

Our vision is to see courageous, principled, and accountable leaders serving in government with biblical wisdom, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the people they represent.

- Identify and carefully evaluate candidates based on character, experience, leadership, public record, policy positions, and demonstrated biblical wisdom.
- Independently support candidates who demonstrate principled, courageous, accountable, and Kingdom-minded leadership.
- Educate voters about candidates, legislation, public-policy matters, and issues affecting Colorado families and communities.
- Present clear, factual comparisons that help voters make informed decisions.
- Promote policies that protect life, children, families, freedom, safety, and responsible government.
- Conduct all activities independently and in accordance with applicable Colorado campaign-finance laws.
